Born in Guyana, South America and raised in Jamaica, Venezuela and Costa Rica and the US, Ayesha Settles is a bi-lingual communications and international public relations professional with a proven track record in developing and executing international strategic communication plans. With a background in journalism and international media relations, Ayesha excels in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Prior to relocating to Daytona Beach, Ayesha dedicated her career in the Washington DC area to empowering underserved international communities throughout the Caribbean and Latin America and advocating for equitable access to resources.

Her passion for travel, architecture, design and inspiring others led her to pursue her love for real estate. She believes that achieving the American dream of home ownership and living our best lives should be a vision for everyone. With her keen eye for design and a desire to help others achieve their dreams, Ayesha aims to guide her clients through the home buying and selling experience with ease.
