Ayse Gurdal

After many years working in hospitality and education, I chose to pursue my career in real estate. Working with people is a labor of love and that is exactly what buying and selling homes is all about- my community. I am a Cambridge native and have lived in Oakland, New York City and Istanbul. I returned to Cambridge to be closer to my family once again. My strong work ethic is a result of working in the family business, Formaggio Kitchen in Huron Village. I have been interacting with the public on a customer service level since I learned to speak my first words. Some of my fondest childhood memories are ringing up peoples orders on our small cash register and serving up baked goods. During my years away from home, I pursued a B.A. at University of California, Berkeley. I then worked abroad in my father’s homeland of Turkey as an English language instructor at Berlitz. My extensive background in hospitality is at the core of everything I do. It has taught me to be diligent, made me a skilled negotiator and to always strive to exceed expectations. My strong combination of skills and resources make me a great choice when listing properties, or assisting buyer clients to find their next home. I strive to stay current on all local market data while engaging with my community which makes me a knowledgeable broker in all matters relating to residential real estate here in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
