Babs Price

Babs Price is a real estate expert specializing in the communities north of Atlanta with a proven track-record of successes.

Real estate has been in her family for many years. She attributes her passions and successes to her father, a residential investor who introduced her to the industry - he taught her the ins and outs of touring property, investigating the pros and cons of an investment and the emotional trials of a real estate transition.

'[When he wasn’t investing in apartments,] my dad was a physician. After ‘dragging me along’ on his excursions, he would take me on house calls and to the hospital to see his patients,' she says. 'As a teenager, I would pore over the classified ads to read about what was happening in the local market, and just after college, I bought my first house. It was a rental property.'

Prior to real estate, Babs began her career in the dental industry as a registered dental hygienist, practicing in Augusta, Buckhead Crabapple, Cumming and Macon.

After 28 years in the dental industry, Babs became a REALTOR®. Babs currently resides on a mountain in the community of Big Canoe with her husband. Every spring, she dedicates much of her time to the Big Canoe Chapel’s Women’s Guild fundraiser, The Gala, benefiting 38 local charities.
