I live out of state, my brother had passed and i needed someone who would communicate, keep me updated and oversee the sale of his condo. Badar meticulously took care of everything on a timely manor. He updated me daily and sold it in just a few days after being listed. I am truly blessed and thankful to have fallen into his hands. He cared about getting this done and relieving the pressure that it had created on my shoulders. If i could give Badar 10 stars I would. I highly recommend him to anyone and can reassure you that working with him will be a wonderful experience.

We had a really great experience with Badar! We were so lucky to have gotten connected with him because of our interest with a Redfin property. At that time our search was really going nowhere. As a first time home buyer we were clueless about the process and our former realtor didn’t help by recommending to us a lender who was not very responsive. The first thing that Badar helped with was recommend a really great loan officer who walked us through the process of home purchase and gave us great tips along the way. Badar and his Partner Andrea were very patient with us, showing us properties at the higher range and lower range of what we can afford, giving us full appreciation of our options. He’s always available for questions anytime of the day and responds to texts and messages immediately. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! We’re now proud and happy owners of our first home!

If there is one realtor I can recommend in the DMV area is Badar Zaman. My husband and I are so grateful for finding a great realtor like Badar. He stuck with us for more than 2 years until we found our dream home, any other realtor would have run for the hills. We initially looked for resales then decided for a new built. He negotiated over 75K in price from the builder with every option you can imagine. All of our neighbors paid considerably more than we did for our house, yet we have every option and bump out imaginable. Badar works with you from the beginning to the end of the whole process with just being one call away. He made the whole house buying process extremely easy with his knowledge and expertise.
