Bailey was an absolute pleasure to work with! It was obvious to me throughout every stage of the selling process just how much pride she takes in her work. Bailey is knowledgeable and professional, but what truly sets her apart is that she goes above and beyond for her clients. Bailey forecasted each stage of the selling process for my fiancé and I so that we always knew what to expect, she was extremely responsive to all of our questions, and she was always willing to go out of her way to make things easier for us. I highly recommend Bailey and will certainly be using her for my future real estate transactions!

Bailey helped me with the sale of my townhouse. She was excellent from the very beginning. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she was also very responsive and willing to answer every question that I had. Bailey's advice and knowledge helped us get top dollar for the townhouse at a time when the market had cooled off. I intend to continue to use Bailey as my realtor in the future and highly recommend her to anyone who has a need.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!

If you want someone who does things without even having to ask, stays on top of all paperwork, bends over backwards to make sure you’re okay, and just want a genuine and happy person beside you for the home buying process, BAILEY IS THE BEST!

I will recommend anyone and everyone I know to her because she deserves it. It is difficult to find someone who actually cares about their clients, and she blew me away!

Bailey was referred to my husband and I through a family member and we could not have gotten luckier. Moving to the area from out of state with a toddler & a baby on the way was something we expected to be exhausting, daunting, and intimidating but, thanks solely to Bailey, we could not have been more incorrect. Bailey was readily available at all times and was enthusiastic not just for the home buying process but for us as a family and for our new adventure. Her joy and excitement was so genuine that we immediately felt like Raleigh was our home and we were being welcomed with open arms. She was SO on top of our home buying process from the moment it began to the moment we had our keys in hand.

Not only is she so familiar with the main areas of Raleigh, she is incredibly well versed on all of the areas around the city that we were most interested in. If she didn't have an answer for one of our million questions (which was very rare) she would quickly get us an answer and express her excitement about learning something new in the process. She was, without a doubt, born to do what she does.

Our experience was completely smooth & seamless from beginning to end and when there were minor hiccups (which were to NO fault of Bailey's, but only due to the nature of the industry and market) never once did we feel panic or pressure. She was there to constantly reassure us, and we trusted her completely.

Bailey will forever hold such a special place in our family. Not just for getting us into our dream home despite the odds of an insane housing market, but because she treated us with such genuine love and kindness and gave us 110% of herself at all times. Her work ethic may be beyond anything we could have ever hoped for in a realtor, but her heart and knowledge are even more impressive.

Would recommend her 11/10 times to anyone who asked! We LOVE Bailey!

Bailey is the definition of true professional. Bailey helped us navigate some very tough markets in Raleigh. Her communication was second to none, she was always very responsive and knowledgable. She helped us learn what to look for in houses and in the housing market. She always has a positive attitude and always has her clients best interest in mind. Bailey also has a great list of people to work with for all of your housing needs like inspectors, closing attorneys, mortgage loan officers etc. We would highly recommend Bailey for any real estate needs.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first house, and since we were first time homebuyers, we didn’t know much about what the process would entail. We had the best experience with Bailey! She did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way, but also without overwhelming us. She was always easily reachable, and I was so impressed (as was our home inspector) with how knowledgeable and diligent she is in her role. We love our house so much, and we are so thankful for all the hard work she put in to make this next stage of life so wonderful for us.

Our lender recommended that we work with Bailey and our family is forever grateful that we did! We were buying for the first time from 3000 miles away and Bailey was fantastic with communication and support through the entire process, just as she said she would be, working with multiple schedules and time zones. In this market we weren't optimistic, but not only did we find a house that ticked all the boxes (which was unlikely to begin with) - Bailey's strategic guidance and advocacy for us paid off and we won out over 9 bids! Her hard work and dedication were clear from beginning to end. I can't recommend her enough, and my parents say she's the best realtor they've ever worked with. I was referred to Bailey with very high expectations, and she exceeded all of them by far. In the end she helped me find my new home, but she also struggled with me during a terrible buyers market. She was very flexible and helped schedule showings (virtual and in-person) around my hectic and varying work schedule. Throughout the process she proved to be very knowledgeable in the entire real estate process and if she didn't have an answer, she would find it.

We truly could not have gotten through the home selling and buying process without Bailey. She was always extremely responsive, thorough, and on top of every detail. We had hiccups with our buyer’s loan qualification and Bailey was already ready with an update or any info I needed, including any options available to us. She also gave us guidance and recommendations to improve our house for sale but also didn’t push anything on us. I’d recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house. The realtor you use matters and we’re so glad we went with Bailey.
