Bali Kaur was a real pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. I was first time home buyers and she was able to walk us through every step of the way. Never did we feel like we were missing something, extra point she speak Punjabi When it came time to make a decision she was very honest with how I should approach the situation and what to expect when it came to counteroffers, always in contact with me about any situation . She is kind and patient because it took me around2 months to find the right house and she always were available to show me a house. Overall I'm glad we went with Bali and couldn't recommend her enough.

Bali has a genuine, hard working personality, and very good service, really helped us find a nice home according to our desire with a reasonable price. Bali represented both sides for this sale. She stayed in contact with every development and answered any questions. Bali was always friendly, genuine and helpful. Her ability to communicate and negotiate also make her highly recommended. I can't speak for the seller, but they left a gift basket to welcome me... so my guess is that they were also quite satisfied.
