A longtime resident of western North Carolina, Barb Linnville was an educator for over 20 years before transitioning to a second career in real estate. Having raised her five children in the High Country, Barb has a vast knowledge of Boone, Blowing Rock, and the surrounding counties. As a Global Advisor with the Blowing Rock office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, she finds great joy in helping her customers find their own home in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

In her time away from the office, Barb enjoys reading, gardening, and hiking the beautiful trails throughout the mountains. She and her husband, Ric, spend their time cooking, traveling, attending live music and theater performances, and cheering on the local sports teams. But most of all, Barb and Ric enjoy time with their expanded family, especially the couple's three grandchildren.
