I am available to serve home sellers and buyers in metropolitan and suburban areas north, northeast and east of the great city of Atlanta, Ga I have been successfully representing real estate clients in what is usually the largest investments of their lives, since 1991. Although I bring an immense amount of knowledge and experience to every transaction, because the real estate market is always moving and changing, and because each person and family is unique, I enjoy learning new things in order to better serve the needs of my clients.
My first 16 years as an agent were with 2 mega corp real estate companies, but I prefer the virtual boutique style of my current company, Solid Source Realty, winner of multiple awards in the Atlanta area.
I have been educated and experienced in seller representation, buyer representation, contract preparation and administration, transaction negotiation, new home sales, short sales, REO (foreclosure sales), ethics, e-marketing and local custom.
