I’m Barbara Childs, a full-time, relocation-certified RE/MAX REALTOR® with 20+
years experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee. My goal
is to make your real estate experience as informed, enjoyable, and stress-free as
possible.
Having worked throughout Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, and the surrounding
communities, I offer valuable insight into local neighborhoods, market trends,
schools, and the lifestyle each area has to offer. I love educating my clients so they
can make confident decisions every step of the way.

throughout the process. I truly love what I do, and I never take lightly the trust
people place in me during one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of

Over the years, I've been honored with multiple RE/MAX awards, including
induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the 100% Club repeatedly. While I'm
grateful for those recognitions, my greatest reward is seeing everything come
together for my clients and knowing they walk away from the closing table feeling
confident they made the right decision.
When I'm not working, I spend time with my animals, or my two grown sons, one who lives in Florida. I love life here in Franklin! I attended
Belmont University, and my faith is an important part of who I am. It guides how
I treat people—with honesty, kindness, respect, and genuine care.
