Barbara Ehrenpreis

Bobbie Ehrenpreis is a realtor with a proven history, and a trusted, tried and true business philosophy. During her 28 years working on the Monterey Peninsula, with hundreds of millions of dollars of significant real estate sales, she has a earned a reputation as an experienced, informed, confident, competent and well-regarded real estate agent. Bobbie believes that she is an "agent", a "fiduciary", not a salesperson and no one sale makes a real estate career. The clients' needs are always above the need for a closed escrow or an earned commission. Because of her reliance on a business code of ethics and her intent to be collaborative and transparent, the client and all parties involved in a transaction are well –informed. Bobbie and her husband David have been happily married for 44 years! They are thrilled anew every day to enjoy the most beautiful Monterey Peninsula. They have one daughter Aimee. Throughout their years on the Peninsula, they have been actively involved in their community – supporting music and the arts, community theaters, and numerous and varied charities. Bobbie graduated from Boston University with a major in English literature and a minor in comparative religions and is an avid reader belonging to two book clubs for many years. She also is highly active in her tennis community at Carmel Valley Athletic Club – captaining some leagues and USTA teams and taking many lessons (proving it is never too late to learn new tricks!).
