Barb did a fantastic job helping me home in Port Charlotte Fl. From the initial listings, she sent me until after I was settled in, Barb was there every step of the way. She did her research in finding the home that I would like. She assisted in the title work, inspection. Insurance, and county ordinances to list a few. Her demeanor made the experience fun and manageable. I will highly recommend Barbara to any of my friends interested in buying or selling a home

Barbara Hammerton is an amazing Realtor. Her strongpoints are 1) based on her vast experience, she thoroughly understands the market, 2) communicates frequently and to the point, 3) provides efficient and effective guidance and 4) acts quickly to resolve issues.

For example, we placed our house on the market in late September and closed November 3. It was at a time when there were many houses on the market and a limited number of buyers. Furthermore, the price was great in relation to market conditions.

If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable and motivated and if you want to sell or buy a house in a timely manner with a fair market price then Barbara is your realtor.

If you're looking for a phenominal realtor, Barbara is it! She is the very best! Before we moved to Florida, she helped us find a rental and just recently helped us find and purchase a house! Anytime I would send her a property that I was interested in she made time for us to see the house that day and truly cared about us finding the right property. Barbara is full of knowledge, genuine and so helpful. She walked us through the entire purchasing process. She put us at ease through it all, she set up all of our inspections and even helped us with finding the company to do our home owners insurance. Barbara Hamerton was instrumental in winning a bid on a home for my mom. She did some research on past listings and then what the actual sale price was. In doing so I knew I needed to put in a very strong offer in order to win the bid. According to the listing agent, my bid was one of 10, and was chosen. Barbara also kept me up to date on everything and was great in returning my calls and text messages quickly. She even stayed at the home during the inspection. She helped with with the HOA documents and offered help with insurance agencies. I would certainly recommend her and would use her again, myself. Thank you Barbara...great job!

Wow! As always Barbara made buying a house such a breeze! This is the third deal we do and I can't think of anyone better when buying a property. The best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful are just a few of her qualities. Barbara was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about me, understood my needs. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, I feel lucky to have found Barbara.
