Barbara Higdon

Barbara’s passion for real estate began while searching for her own home in Calvert County over 20 years ago. Realizing she had discovered her perfect career choice during this process, Barbara obtained her real estate license and has been actively engaged as a real estate agent ever since! Barbara started her real estate career as a licensed assistant for a top producer which gave her the training, knowledge, and experience to excel in her own real estate business. Since that beginning, Barbara has succeeded in developing her own real estate business to the point where she is consistently recognized and placed in the top echelon of real estate agents.

Barbara enjoys working with New Home Buyers, Military Relocations, and real estate listings of all types throughout Southern Maryland. Barbara also specializes in New Home Sales and recently worked as a Community Sales Manager for Quality Built Homes’ Chesapeake Village located in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. With Chesapeake Village now sold out, Barbara will now be serving as the Community Sales Manager for Oakland Hall, Quality Built Homes’ newest development in Prince Frederick containing over 250 luxury homesites and scheduled to be released in Fall 2014. Barbara is extremely grateful for her success and, to share her success with others, donates a portion of each sales commission to the Children’s Miracle Network.

From her experience and achievements, Barbara truly enjoys meeting new people and helping them with all of their real estate needs. Barbara has been married to her husband, Steve, for 33 years and has resided in St. Leonard for the past 20 years
