She enjoys introducing buyers to neighborhoods as well as assisting sellers make their next move.
Barbara is a neighborhood expert in Oak Cliff, particularly fond of Elmwood, known for its cute homes built from the 1920s through the 1950s and an actively expanding selection of charming shops in "Downtown Elmwood." She also loves Wynnewood North, a serene enclave, characterized by large lots, winding streets, and solid, classic mid-century builds. Additionally, she admires the Kiestwood/Brettonwoods neighborhoods, featuring custom-built mid-century ranches with a sprinkle of mid-century moderns, with larger lots in an established hilly woodland pocket.
In East Dallas, some of Barbara's favorite neighborhoods include Carruth Terrace, a friendly community with attractive 1950s and 1960s homes and new builds, and Little Forest Hills, known for its proximity to White Rock Lake and a blend of 1950s lake cottages and new constructions with a motto to "Keep Little Forest Hills Funky." She also appreciates the quiet charm of Lakewood Hills, tucked just south of Lakewood next to the Lakewood Country Club, and very close to White Rock Lake.
