Barb went the extra mile every step of the way from home searching through closing and beyond. She connected me with all the necessary service providers and kept all the ducks in a row. She supported my decision to walk away from the house I wanted when sellers did not make an adequate price concession and set up more tours of very nice houses. Those sellers then came back to the table with a large price drop. We made it to closing on schedule and with no glitches in the process.
