Barbara was extremely helpful for us in purchasing our new Florida home. We purchased the home remotely so Barbara was our eyes and counsel throughout the process. We had the listing but Barbara did Facetime walk-throughs, made videos to send us and took our son and his wife through the home so they could see it. She helped us pull together our offer - remotely - very quickly as properties were going so fast. Throughout the process she was quick to answer questions and provide information. She clearly knows and loves the area and all of her advice was spot-on. I highly recommend Barbara to others looking for homes in the Venice area.
