Barbara Reynolds, with an innate skill set honed by years of professional, community, and government experience, is a highly principled Realtor you can count on to assist you with a positive, productive experience when buying and/or selling a home.

Having lived overseas, followed by a transfer to New Jersey and then Fairfield County where she and her family have lived in Weston for 20 plus years, Barbara understands firsthand the stress that can result in relocation, but, more importantly, she knows how to minimize that stress through clear communication and effective action; quickly helping the client to prioritize their needs and desires.

As an expert in negotiations, Barbara can address issues and solve problems promptly to ensure that your purchase or sale proceeds as smoothly as possible. Her experience in negotiations includes years as an oil tanker broker, mediating deals between oil traders and ship owners, working as an elected member to the Weston Board of Education where she served on the contracts negotiation committee, and partnering with architects and town building committee members to ensure that school construction moved forward properly, staying on task within the educational guidelines outlined for the project.

Thanks to a reputation for great listening skills, ability to manage conflicting issues in a positive way, and integrity, Barbara was appointed to the Town of Weston Panel of Moderators and is the only Realtor serving on Weston’s Strategic Planning Committee.
