Welcome. My name is Barbara Rosen. I have lived, worked and invested in real estate in Alexandria, VA for over 24 years. I know Alexandria, Old Town and Northern Virginia. This is my home.

I have renovated and lived in a 1790 townhouse in the heart of Old Town, and renovated and lived in high rise condos. I have a list of tradespeople and old house resources that’s one of the best in town.

I've purchased and sold my own homes, and been a successful real estate investor. I've listed and sold multi-million dollar properties, but also enjoy working with the first time buyer.

My educational background is in psychology, with years spent in the public and private sectors in technology, marketing, product management and project management. After spending six years at America Online, and “retiring” as a Director, I am well-versed in using technology to help you buy or sell your home. I know how to coordinate and leverage both online and offline marketing strategies to SELL YOUR HOME! I am constantly innovating, and creating custom strategies to market even the most demanding properties.

I'm also a skilled negotiator.
