My name is Barb Simonis and I am a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS® in Black River Falls, Wisconsin and have worked in real estate sales since 1987. I am a Realtor, a mother, a grandma , community volunteer, patriotic, country music lover, and Mountain Dew drinker.

I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and guiding them through the buying and selling process.

I have raised my family here and would recommend this area to everyone. I have three grown children & six grandchildren plus two bonus. My daughter, Jennifer Kenz, is living in La Crosse with two children, Brady & Ella and works for GexPro. My oldest son Ryan has one daughter, Addy. Ryan
Is a retired marine and living in Minnesota with his wife, Nikki and working as a firefighter and EMT. My youngest son, Jordan Nortman, graduated in 2013 from UWEC in Eau Claire and also obtained his real estate license in 2013 and joined our CBRV Realtors office as of May 1, 2016. His wife, Stephanie who graduated from Mitchell-Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul and they have three children, Camden, Grayson, and Laurel.
