Barbie Hee

Barbie Hee has been in the real estate industry since 2001. She is one of the Brokers in Charge at Primary Properties, dba Engel & Völkers, a successful real estate firm, and an owner/partner of On Point Property Management, a full service property management company. One of her responsibilities is to bring quality speakers, as well as, trainers to enhance the careers of the 50+ agents in her office. Barbie's extensive experience in the industry makes it possible for her to serve a wide range of clients, from homeowners, to business professionals, and renters. Throughout her career, Barbie has achieved many designations including: Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB ), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Counsel of Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES). Obtaining various certifications has equipped Barbie to guide her clients in making well-informed decisions.

Additionally, Barbie is obtaining the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation, held by only 20% of Hawaii's Commercial Real Estate Brokers. This certification complements Barbie's experience in commercial leasing and sales and allows Barbie to analyze, valuate, and select properties that would benefit her clients' real estate portfolio. She currently serves on the Honolulu Board of Realtors as one of the Board of Directors . She served as the 2017 Chair on the PSAC (Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee) and serves as a committee member on the CAC (City Affairs Committee) for HBR. She previously served on the Grievance Committee for the past 6 years. She also is an Instructor for the CE Code of Ethics class at the Honolulu Board of Realtors for 6000+ Real Estate Agents. In addition to being a full-time real estate broker, Barbie volunteers a significant amount of time with her local church, Innovative Concepts. One of her responsibilities includes organizing a weekly power lunch for about 30 business people in the downtown area. This one-hour lunch allows business people to share their victories and challenges, network with other professionals and receive an inspirational message of hope for both their personal and work life.

Barbie and her husband Daven have been together for more than 35 years and they both reside in Honolulu, Hawaii where she was born and raised. They have two daughters, two son-in-laws, three grandsons, and one granddaughter. During her free time, Barbie enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her family.
