Barkley Gaines has been a God send for me. He has gone above all expectations for a realtor, not only did he find a property, he knew all utility companies and helped me get them turned on. My friend had worked with Barkley before, therefore I knew how hard he works. Being an out-of-town buyer, he has made purchasing a breeze via Internet. All questions, phone calls and emails are answered in a timely manner. Barkley has been my eyes and ears and relays conversations quickly. If there is a new listing on the market he believes might interest me, he calls or send me a link to view it.
