Where do I start?! Barry guided my wife and I through the home-selling process with comfort and ease, and really made us feel relaxed all the way until the final document was signed. We were able to secure an ALL CASH, full-asking offer within ONE DAY of our home being on the market.

He priced it exactly right and took care of all of the behind the scenes paperwork so my wife and I didn’t have to stress about anything as we packed up and moved our things out.

Barry provided us the utmost responsiveness and professionalism in a market in Loudoun Co. that is difficult and very fast paced. We moved here from out of state and quickly discovered that if you don’t have an agent who’s on top of their game, your not going to get what you want. Numerous times Barry went above and beyond by FaceTiming a property the day it listed and had already reached out to the listing for showings for us before we would have ever know about it on a website. And when we purchased a home after renting, Barry was right there with is at every meeting with the builder, every inspection and during closing. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in Northern Virginia.
