Barry Googins

Barry Googins has been a real estate broker for 37 years, specializing in Englewood and the surrounding areas. He takes great pride in guiding clients through the process of buying and selling properties in Southwest Florida. Originally from Maine, Barry grew up in the lobster and clamming business before relocating to Englewood in 1986. He and his wife, Helene, have been married for 50 years, and their son, Bryan, and his wife, Cindy, are both graduates of Lemon Bay High School. Barry is also a proud grandfather to two granddaughters, Madeleine and Natalie. He firmly believes that Englewood is the best place to live in Florida.
