I'd LoVe to give him 10 because of the canned beer and the cotton underwear, however google only accepts 5. Barry Schulhofer is a straight forward man and tells it like it is. I know I'm always looking for that in my responses to and from individuals. He was very helpful and always available when I needed him to be for any questions along the search. He also gave me some helpful tips, along with MY FIRST HOUSE PLANT. 🥲 I'm so very glad we crossed paths. Very grateful.

Barry did an excellent job of selling my 1.5 acre property. I believe it sold in less than two weeks. He kept me informed of every step that was required to complete the sale. I have bought and sold several homes in my life and none were as difficult as this one but Barry made it an easy process and an enjoyable one. Even being in a different state with roadblocks in our way I never felt like my needs were second or that my endless questions were an annoyance. My sister whom is a realtor on North Carolina found Barry for us and we were super happy with her choice! Despite being pretty particular with what we wanted and price - Barry took it in stride and found multiple properties for us to look at. We ended up going full circle back to the very first place we looked at - we've now lived at our new home for a month and absolutely in love with it. Barry was honest and up front with everything, very personable, and I felt he listened to what we really wanted. Barry worked with me to sell my home while COVID-19 was going on. He was very professional and was eager to assist in any way to meet my expectations for a quick sell. He guided me with the repairs that were needed per the city’s guidelines and he even rolled up his sleeves and helped to get them done. From the time of posting the property online for sell and the open house was 3 days and there were 7 offers on the table. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
