About Barry

Barry is an owner/partner of Monument Realty and is excited and ready to step in and help his team of agents while also assisting his clients in all facets of the real estate market. Being a Nashua, NH native, he has a vast knowledge of the area’s past, present and future. He is constantly keeping up to date about future projects that might impact his clients. Since getting his real estate license in 2002, he has closed nearly 1000 transactions. With this volume, he has helped many first-time home buyers, seasoned buyer and sellers, investors, and builders in the real estate process. In recent years he has also started helping builders with land acquisitions and subdivision. This has allowed his clients early opportunity into developments and access to off market new construction homes.
Prior to opening Monument Realty, Barry worked for Bean Group for 11 years, achieving platinum status for many of those years. Barry also spent seven years with RE/MAX Properties. While attending the University of New Hampshire and earning his Associate degree in Applied Business Management and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Barry interned and worked part time as an agent at RSA Realty and Development. His experience at RSA Realty helped build a solid knowledge base about the real estate and new construction processes.
Barry currently resides in Hollis, NH with his wife and daughter, Leslie and Macy, and their dog Tenney.
