About Barry

Since receiving his NC real estate license in 1999, Barry has specialized in residential and relocation markets serving individuals and families moving in to and out of the Triangle.

He has gained commercial real estate brokerage experience through representation and management of commercial investment properties, both personal and commercial.

Southern Kentucky was Barry's home until the mid-1990s when he heard North Carolina calling. After visiting family and understanding the major bene?ts the Triangle has to offer including the diversity, culture, great weather, proximity to the mountains and beaches, and exceptional economic and business climate, he knew it was time for NC to become his new home. He has lived in Holly Springs since 2002. Before moving to NC, he attended Western Kentucky University and operated a family ?oor covering business.

Through real estate, he met his wife and best friend Jill. They have two wonderful boys and recently adopted an awesome Rat Terrier named Boomer. Jill has a passion for children and founded Learn with the Best School, which focuses on children with special needs. They enjoy photography, home improvement projects and spending time and traveling with family.
