Bart is a full time (and then some) Realtor. He formed Castleberry & Associates while in college, working to purchase, and manage investment property in the New River Valley. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management and Real Estate, he joined Bondurant Realty where he is a successful agent working in Residential, Investment, Commercial and land sales. He also provides property management services to many of his investor clients.

Bart grew up in the New River Valley, and attended Radford City Schools and Virginia Tech. He currently resides in Radford with his wife, Laurie and their three children. While family and real estate take up most of his time, his hobbies include kayaking, canoeing, hiking and cycling. He also is an accomplished woodworker and wood turner, utilizing woods native to the Appalachian Mountains. Bart is a true outdoorsman and knows the local area like few others.
