I had an excellent experience with Basel at RE/MAX At Home. From day one, he was professional, organized, and really took the time to understand my needs. Communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt like my priorities were being taken seriously. Their office/facility is also impressive, it’s big and set up to support basically anything you’d need in real estate. I’ve never worked with a RE/MAX At Home place like this before. What an awesome real estate organization Remax at Home is. They treat you with nothing but respect and answer all the questions you have regarding buying or selling a home. The owner Basel, I believe built one of the biggest Remax officers in the northwest suburbs and it's classy. I had no problem with my Home buying experience They listened to what kind of home I wanted and didn't show m homes that didn't fit my needs. My process of buying a home it was a very smooth sale and I would recommend this company to anybody. I know that's buying a home.

I don’t think there are words to describe my experience with Basel. The impression that I had received from my first agent, in the purchase of my home was that he was shrewd, very unapologetic, not nice and overall unprofessional.
The best description that I would use to describe him after firing the first agent and then dealing with Basel and a one on one basis is that he is the best decision you’ll ever make in the pursuit of purchasing your new home. I found him to genuinely care that we got the house that we loved. He made every attempt to fight for his client and went over and beyond. I have gotten to know him personally and professionally and there is NOT a single other agent that I would ever pick to be on my side than Basel. He has not only sold me my current home but we are in talks for the purchase a property for my business. I wanted to jump the gun and purchase the property and he advised me to wait for a substantial price drop and I can’t thank him enough for going against a salesman’s mentality and thinking of his client first.
The best advice I can give you is to take some time sit down with him for 5 to 10 minutes and decide for yourself. I bet you you won’t be disappointed.

Basel sold my home in one day at a price that was above what I thought we should ask. Before that he helped get us a home that had a great deal of interest from the market. Basel Tarabein was very good at communication with us every step of the way. He did the exact same thing for my son last year.
