Beata Willison

Born in Pittsburgh, PA and educated in the Midwest, Beata spent her young adulthood in Boston. After surviving a historic blizzard and skiing the city streets to get to work, she took a vacation to Santa Cruz… and never looked back.

Beata joined Karon Properties in 1997 and has become skilled and knowledgeable in representing both buyers and sellers. She advocates for her clients by combining the wealth of experience her Karon Properties colleagues contribute along with her ability to analyze real estate transactions. Beata has tirelessly, patiently, and successfully guided buyers and sellers through the sometimes challenging process of real property sales.

When she is not selling houses in Santa Cruz (and from Monterey to Silicon Valley) Beata enjoys beach walks with her dogs, pub trivia with her friends, playing with her grandsons and crossword puzzles.
