About Beata

Born in Pittsburgh, PA and educated in the Midwest, Beata spent her young adulthood in Boston. After surviving a historic blizzard and skiing the city streets to get to work, she took a vacation to Santa Cruz… and never looked back.

Beata joined Karon Properties in 1997 and has become skilled and knowledgeable in representing both buyers and sellers.
