OMG! She is an experienced and dependable agent.
Short version: We found, submitted offer, and closed in about 30 days.

Longer version: My pastor recommended, I called her and we set the ball rolling. She recommended a lending company which I ended up using as well.

WOW! Beatrice promised to close in 30 days... and we put in an offer and closed within 30 days! Not only that, she was able to negotiate a credit on my behalf for the repairs needed for the home. Beatrice was so responsive, so on top of the process, advocated for me, and was such a pleasure to work with even my lenders wanted to work with her on future projects.
