Beatriz has been so amazing during my house purchase in San Diego. We had a specially difficult escrow but thanks to her advise and connections in the real estate industry, we were able to close on my house in 2022. Right before the interest rates started to hike up.

Before meeting Beatriz it seemed that buying a house was just not going to happen for us. We were so disheartened! We couldn’t find anyone that would help us.

Then we met Beatriz! She immediately took charge and set her team up to look in all the possibilities. And when one door closed she found another. And it wasn’t easy. Each time we had to do our part she was very encouraging and helped us to remain positive and to not give up. Suffice to say, we couldn’t have done this without Beatriz. Her knowledge, expertise, and the whole great team were so amazing! No question was too dumb, and every fear was easily address with clarity!
