Beau Bevis is the President and CEO for ARC Realty (ARC). Founded in 2012, ARC is one of the fastest growing and largest independent brokerages in Alabama, generating a 2021 sales volume of more than $2 billion and attracting more than 650 top REALTORS®. A full-service real estate brokerage, ARC specializes in residential and commercial sales, development, relocation and comprehensive move management.
Beau oversees the construction of new residential communities, and serves as a consultant to new residential developments in the Southeast. Beau also oversees ARC's Relocation and Comprehensive Move Management service, working closely with companies such as Regions, BB&T, HealthSouth and UAB to handle the needs of corporate transferees.
Beau has a track record of developing and implementing programs and long-range objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve profit and organizational goals. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, including sales, residential site development and brokerage management.
With honors such as "Young Professional of the Year" from the Birmingham Business Alliance, "Top 40 Under 40", "Who's Who in Residential Real Estate", "Top CEO of the Year" from the Birmingham Business Journal to "Broker of the Year" from the Board of Realtors, Beau is a recognized expert within the industry.
Beau is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Birmingham. Beau earned his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED, 2013) from Auburn University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Business Management from Samford University. He currently sits on the boards of UAB Cancer Center and REV Birmingham. Beau lives in Mountain Brook with this wife (Ellen), children (Clayton and Virginia).
