Beau Bradford

Beau is a second generation native San Diegan who grew up splitting time between University City, just a few miles from the beach community of La Jolla where he attended school, and the mountains of Big Bear Lake where his parents purchased their first vacation home in 1978. Fortunate to enjoy all that Southern California living has to offer, Beau learned the property management business early on as his parents continued to acquire properties in both San Diego and Big Bear. He tagged along with mom and dad as they managed their own properties and completed their own renovations. This included everything from interviewing potential tenants, drafting leases, collecting rents, dealing with a myriad of tenant issues, and managing contractors and maintenance crews.

After his father passed away in 1995, Beau took on more responsibility for the family business while attending college. In 2003, he graduated San Diego State University with an honors degree in Integrated Marketing and shortly after entered the corporate world where he excelled in professional telecom easement and lease negotiations/purchases. His corporate experience included contract negotiation, sales team management, business to business account management, and the acquisition of telecom lease easements for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and others. Beau’s corporate experience allowed him to hone his skill set in a unique way that complimented property management and real estate sales. While working a full time job, he and his mother continued to acquire property and handle all property management duties up until 2016 when Beau created Bradford Management, LLC. This allowed him to formalize his property management activities. This also was a natural transition from his 20 plus years of family business experience, and 12 years of licensed real estate work in the highly competitive telecom and real estate industry. With his corporate experience, love for renovating homes, working with people, and negotiating the details...he decided it was time to make a long time family business into a career!

Beau has a love for classic cars, music, and the outdoors. He attends Barabbas Road Church in where he leads worship and leads a home fellowship. He participates in car shows where he shows various classic vehicles, and still spends time in Big Bear Lake to hike, snowboard, and relax.
