Beau Broker is a Managing Broker at Beau Broker Real Estate Group; prior to founding the company, he was a Senior Direct for NAI Heritage Commercial Real Estate from February 2020 to July 2022. Before NAI he was the Senior Vice President at Avison Young, February 2019 to February 2020. Between August 2016 to February 2019, he was the Director of the Ocala and Jacksonville offices for Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group.
When Beau graduated from Forest High School in 2002, he opened his own commercial painting and remodeling company. In 2008 he became a Youth Pastor. He would spend his days at his construction company and his evenings at the church. Beau met his wife, Lindsey in 2010 at that same church. She came home from Pittsburgh where she was pitching for a division 1 College, Robert Morris. She was instantly head over heels for the hot youth pastor. In 2012, Lindsey and Beau had their first child Londyn, in that same year Beau started a career in banking with a focus on working with realtors, mortgage departments, commercial clients and bankers, underwriters, and financial advisors. After two years as a personal banker, Beau became a branch manager where he was able to coach his own team, help clients succeed financially, and run the daily business. Beau left the bank and started investing in residential real estate, which is what interested him in commercial real estate. Beau does commercial sales and leasing with a focus on Landlord representation, development, asset resolution, and capital markets.
Beau’s passion is to help improve his city and county by bringing in new business to make Ocala and Marion County a greater place to live, work, and play. He has and served on many boards like the treasurer and board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Marion County; a Cabinet Board & Loaned Executive for United Way, and he has served on the Marion County CEP as an Ambassador and now sits on the executive board for Open Arms. Beau enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsey, daughter Londyn, and sons Bowman and Crew. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and CrossFit.
