Beau was an excellent real estate agent. He went over and above to make sure my home and property were well represented to potential buyers (even taking time and his own expense to get an aerial view of the whole 11.75 acres). I am convinced that his efforts resulted in multiple offers and a firm sell in just the first 24 hours after the property was listed. I would highly recommend Beau to all who want a caring and capable real estate agent to assist in buying or selling their property.

MY wife and I loved working with Beau for the purchase of our first home. He was responsive, organized and always gave his honest opinion when we asked for it. Beau also gave us access to a slew of services that made the process move along smoothly and timely so we could hit our closing date perfectly. We definitely will be recommending beau for any real estate references we are asked for.

Beau is simply amazing! I was recommended to him by my little sister, who also purchased her home with his guidance. Moving from VA - I was unsure about which areas were best, where the best spot was for me to be and the logistics of the overall Charlotte housing market -- but Beau took care of all of that for me and made buying a house in a new state an absolute breeze!

After very quicky getting set up on the MLS portal I began firing off notes/requests about the various houses I liked. With the market being so hot, I was always coming in a little too late, even with Beau’s prompt responses. When my house hit the market I immediately texted Beau (probably too early in the morning) and asked for him to check it out. I was still in Richmond, VA and wasn’t going to be able to make it in time - so Beau adjusted his schedule and made she he was able to view the property for me. He took numerous videos with honest feedback and observations about the house that really made me feel like I was there with him.

After going under contract, Beau’s communication was constant and he was always quick to respond when I had a question or concern. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was as easy as possible for me, even admits COVID-19 and all the restrictions that came with it. Even though he wasn’t allowed in the room for my closing (again, COVID-19) he came by afterwards to congratulate and celebrate with me.

This is two times now that Beau has helped someone in my family buy a house — sight unseen and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get the job done to the level of standard he did. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy and dependable realtor who will absolutely get you in the right home!

Mr. Ferguson always answered my call and help me navigate selling my home during a very difficult time. Mr. Ferguson‘s knowledge as a realtor and kindness as a person made selling my home a much easier process. Mr. Ferguson work very hard for me and got my home sold in less than 30 days and above asking price! Highly recommend!

When you're buying in a seller's market, with a short time frame and from out-of-state, it is so important to have a realtor like Beau! He made this process so seamless and easy for us. On multiple occasions, Beau dropped his plans to explain processes to us, file paperwork and discuss options. His knowledge of the area was also invaluable, as he provided us with a ton of helpful information about the housing market, schools and available activities. Beau was hands-on and more than willing to put in the time and effort needed to make sure our housing desires were met. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Beau and would definitely recommend him.

Beau was the realtor for our home sale and the purchase of our new build. The entire process was filled with unexpected challenges that no one could have predicted; for example a terrorist hack of the county computer system that held up the closing on our new home while we waited on pins and needles in a short term lease that was about to expire. Through it all Beau maintained professionalism and empathy for the roller coaster emotions that we experienced. His knowledge helped us make sound decisions concerning our home that we are very thankful for and that others wish they had when selling/purchasing their home. We highly recommend Beau; he truly cares for his clients.
