Becky has been involved in real estate sales, management, and property management since 1997 and has focused entirely on sales since 2015. She has helped 100s of clients buy and sell a variety of property including residential, commercial, raw land and boat slips. She works between Wilmington and Jacksonville with a focus on Hampstead and Topsail Island. In addition to selling real estate, Becky owns and manages two very successful short term vacation rentals on Topsail Island. She is uniquely qualified to work with investors considering vacation homes or rentals in the area. She also has a considerable amount of experience with waterfront property. Raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and southwestern Virginia, Becky attended UNCW where she picked up a BS in Marine Biology and a husband. Marine Biology didn’t pan out, but the marriage is going strong! She and her husband have lived in Hampstead since the late 90s and have enjoyed raising three kids and a variety of pets in this fabulous location. Spending time on and around the water is a family pastime, as is travel. Becky also enjoys studying art and finding new and exciting ways to contribute to local schools and organizations.
