Bella Bram

I’m a real estate agent with Compass in Encinitas, working with the Motivation Realty Group and helping clients buy and sell homes throughout North County San Diego. I work on a high sales-generating team and enjoy guiding clients through the buying and selling process while building lasting relationships in the community.

I graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Business Administration, focusing on Real Estate Finance and Real Property Development. While at Cal Poly, I was also a Division I swimmer, balancing 20+ hours of training each week with a full academic course load.

Outside of real estate, I’m also the Assistant Manager at Asteya Collective in Encinitas. I love being involved in the local community and building meaningful relationships with the people I work with!
