About Ben

Ben is a lifelong Louisville resident with an extensive and well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the housing industry. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, Ben built a 15-year career with a focus on home construction and renovation. Ben sees it as his mission to help homeowners and investors successfully navigate the often-intimidating field of real estate.

Ben began his career with a local electrical service company, with a strong focus on high-end residential new construction. Through this work, Ben developed an extensive knowledge of the electrical trade.

Ben was recruited by and began a lengthy tenure with a well-known local HVAC company, where he became experienced in residential and commercial HVAC services and successfully completed hundreds of complex residential and commercial projects.

In 2019 Ben founded an investment company focused on real estate and the revitalization of distressed homes. This work helped strengthen Ben’s unique understanding of the ins and outs of Louisville’s real estate market. Ben has been a member of Kentucky Real Estate Investors Association (KREIA) since 2020.

Ben is a proud Highlands native. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and working on restoring their century-old home in Tyler Park.
