Ben is one of the best Realtor's that we have had the privilege of working with, his is very knowledgeable of the market and knows how to price your home whether buying or selling. I was not in Lincoln and did need to do a bit of updating to get my parents home ready for sale. Not only did he arrange for a contractor, he helped pick out appliances and quartz for the kitchen in our absence. He is very personable, professional and we appreciate him greatly!

Ben helped us buy our first home back in 2015 and he was there again when we were ready to upgrade. There are a TON of awesome Realtors out there. But what's different about Ben Bleicher was how much he was in tuned and "listened" to what we wanted. When I say "we" I mean moreof my wife lol. Ben could almost finish her sentences on what she did or did not like with the houses we were searching.
He found us our dream home. Even for the price we offered because thats all we had. Made it happen and was patient with us!

I was very impressed with Ben's professionalism and attitude from the very beginning, all the way through signing and beyond. Ben was always only a phone call away. He took care of a lot of the footwork for us and helped us through every bit of things we didn't understand. I was impressed with his ability to correctly estimate our old home's value and what we could ask for it, find us a seller at our asking price, and seal the deal very smoothly. and That was just our old house. When he helped us to find a new home, again he was there every step of the way and always had time for our questions and concerns. Here is where Ben, in my opinion, is a cut above the rest: The night after we signed and purchased our new home, which was also the first night we stayed in it, we had a terrible storm and the rainfall caused our basement window well to fill with water and ultimately shatter the window and flood the basement. In the middle of the night and not knowing what to do, I called Ben. Within the hour he was at my home with a pump and shovel and helped us stop more water from coming in, and also pumping all the water out, which had reached 3 ft high. Considering this is after business was complete between us, it showed me he truly cares for his clients and is always willing to do what he can to reduce all the stresses of home buying and selling to a minimum. I will recommend Ben to everyone I know.
