Ben Finnegan

Ben Finnegan is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in residential development and advisory services. As a Partner at both Finnegan Development and Property Works, he brings expertise in sustainable construction and strategic property investment. Prior to launching Finnegan Development, he began his career at Cushman & Wakefield. Ben holds a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Based in the Boston area, he continues to lead projects that emphasize quality, integrity, and community.
