About Ben

I am originally from Philadelphia and South Jersey and have been a successful licensed Realtor since 1987. I moved to South Florida four years ago with my wife Nancy, also a licensed real estate associate in Florida. Together we have over 45 years of real estate experience.

When we moved to Florida, we were employed as Manager’s of an Independent Retirement Community where we devoted ourselves to the happiness and well being of the Senior residents that lived in the Community.

Knowing our true passion was Real Estate, we once again are devoting our time doing what we love, making the process of buying or selling your home a seamless one. While helping customers in New Jersey, we were well known for our great customer service, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for buyers, sellers and cooperating agents and now we are building that same reputation as a Florida Real Estate Professionals.

We reside in Delray Beach, and when time allows we enjoy boating, fishing, bike riding, the beach and just about every experience the good life of South Florida has to offer.

My wife and I have known Ben and Nancy for almost four years. We have been co-workers and now good friends. We have found that Ben and Nancy are very fare and honest people. We know that they will do everything in there power to get the right house and deal for you.
