Ben met with me on a Thursday to discuss listing my home In Clemente Ranch. When I told him I wanted to list, he asked me how soon, and I said ASAP. Ben had photographers out to the home that Thursday evening, my home was on the MLS on Friday and it sold at full asking price the following Tuesday. While that quick sale might be a unicorn in the current market, Ben’s diligence and marketing efforts cannot be discounted. He even came by my property and made a video of a high-end Murphy bed/office desk furniture piece I had in one of the bedrooms. He put that video on social media to stimulate interest in my home. Ben’s home sale process is also very efficient, as all communication is handled digitally, Including showings, which are requested by the seller’s agents and then approved or disapproved by the buyer electronically. The closing process is also done digitally. I was out of the country during my closing process and had no problem managing it from my phone while abroad. I’d highly recommend Ben Graham for your realtor representation needs. I will definitely utilize his services again going forward. On top of it all, he’s a really good dude.

I had a great experience with Ben! My mother was purchasing an out of state second home and needed a realtor in the area. The timing happened faster than expected so I researched realtors in the area and Ben had a ton of great reviews. I called him and he promptly answered and scheduled a showing for her that same day. They ended up putting an offer in on a different home- sight unseen which can be very stressful and you have to put a lot of trust in your realtor for honest opinions and thoughts and really rely on them for their expertise. Only a couple months previously, she had worked with a well advertised company making claims of selling within a certain period, and for more money than expecting. Well, none of that happened, no offers for 2 months, and the one offer that came through was well below what we ended up selling for with Ben. Over a year ago, I researched top notch real estate agents in the Chandler area and Ben’s name was at the top of the list. I reached out and discussed the potential sale of my mother’s house down the road. My husband and I live in the Midwest. We were in search of a small condominium in the Chandler area. We wanted a place to spend part of the year near our grandchildren plus we love the Southwest. Ben steered us to a lovely community that we fell in love with after checking it out by spending a month there in a VRBO.
He sent personalized letters to all the owners of one bedroom , first floor units and kept us informed as to all offerings in the complex that came through MLS. Finally, after a year and a half (did I mention that we were very picky?) he got a response from one of the letters he sent out. Long story short we are now the owners of a beautiful condo.
We were not the easiest clients to work with. We had a lot of questions and concerns. Having never done anything like this before and being retired we were reluctant to part with some of our savings so Ben, along with our financial adviser, walked us through the options of financing vs. cash purchase.
We read his reviews and know that this was probably one of the least expensive and profitable sales he has had but we never felt he rushed us or gave us less than 100% of his service. His title company walked us through all the legal work and made the closing happen from 1500 miles away. We would recommend Ben and the Graham Group for any of your real estate needs whether large or small.

We found Ben online. He was very nice and affable and offered a slightly lower commission rate. This was the only time we actually saw Ben in person. After that it was communication by phone calls and texts. There are definitely some steps along the way they we felt Ben should have been back at our house in person. All appts are all through an app so essentially we are doing the scheduling as is convenient for our schedule, which is nice. We had over 6 offers in 1 day. You know, right from the beginning, that you have made the right choice of realtor and that everything will be professionally managed and attended to.

Our home was a hot property on Zillow and we had multiple showings almost every day.
