The Grove and Grove Realty are happy to welcome seasoned real estate professional Ben Jenkins to the Sales Team.

Ben was hired by Sales Executive and Grove Realty Broker, Robert Shiels, at Governors Club in Chapel Hill, NC as a Sales Assistant 22 years ago. He was quickly promoted to Sales Executive and collaborated then with the team in other communities like The Grove. Some of these projects include Carlton Woods in Houston, TX; Santa Luz in San Diego, CA; and Superstition Mountain, in Apache Junction, AZ.

Ben and his wife Susan come to town with 3 children, Sam 11 years old, AvaGrace 10 years old and Noah 5 years old. This will also be a reunion for Robert and Ben as they spent a number of years together as partners in Lifestyle Property Solutions, LLC. All told, Ben has spent 22 years selling real estate in lifestyle communities and will be a real asset as he represents the sales and marketing of The Grove.
