Ben was an amazing realtor to work with as he helped us navigate the home buying process from looking at a home, putting in an offer, adjusting our additional offer, and helping us to land a house all in the same day. He was very professional and responsive and was able to answer all of our questions without being pushy. He kept us relaxed and informed during a tense day and during a very competitive home buying market. We would definitely work with him again in buying or selling future homes and would highly recommend him to others.

Ben helped us buy and sell a house in the south Minneapolis area during a very competitive time to buy a house. He was always very timely setting up showings to ensure we would not miss out on an opportunity. Most importantly his communication between us and the sellers realtor was perfect, allowing us to reach a deal quickly! We ran into a couple snags when selling our house, with financing falling through for the buyer on the original offer we accepted. Despite this, Ben quickly turned things around re-listing our house, allowing us to accept another offer within days of the original being cancelled. Most importantly, he is super friendly, and always knows how to make you laugh!

This is the fourth home I’ve purchased over the years and the smoothest of all real estate transactions I’ve experienced. And this was in an extremely competitive market- April through August 2021! Ben presented us with comps almost immediately after viewing homes we were interested in. He was an excellent sounding board when it came time to figure out what to offer and provided advice that kept us from making offers that we might regret later on. As could be expected during this time, we made multiple offers. When we got beat out because we didn’t want to offer more than our established limit, Ben calmed us down and promptly presented other homes to view. We couldn’t have been happier at the end of the day when we found the home of our dreams and paid what we feel is a fair price in a crazy market.

I contacted Ben in April/May 2020 during the early stages of Covid-19 in my search for a new condo. Within just days we were out looking at places while following the newly created guidelines. Ben was proactive in setting up showings and was great at communicating available times and locations. He guided me through the offer process as a first-time buyer, answering all questions I had. After some negotiating we were able to agree on a deal with an expedited close of about 30 days. I highly recommend Ben to anyone beginning the search for a new property!
