A friend who had successfully sold her home through Ben at Memorie Group recommended Ben to us when my wife and I decided to sell our Williamsburg home. Ben was professional, prompt and seemed eager to help. During our first meeting he shared information about comparable homes and outlined his strategy for marketing, listing locations and pricing. Through pure serendipity a neighbor heard that we were planning to sell and put us in touch with a friend who ended up buying out home so we did not use a realtor for the sale. If we had used a realtor then we would have picked Ben and Memorie Group based on our impression of him and what the firm has to offer sellers.

Ben Munson and Memorie Group were amazing!

We've bought and sold some houses in our army career and we like to interview three realtor candidates for each buy/sell. like the insurance commercial, "We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two!" We've met quite a few realtors and Ben was a perfect fit for us.

🏡 Of all the realtors he spent the most time with us (2 hrs) in our interview process even knowing we were speaking to other candidates.
🏡 He didn't oversell himself (I guarantee I can sell your house in 24 hours!), but instead was honest and realistic about challenges we might face selling our particular home in our particular timeline.
🏡 He brokered seven offers in 4 days and helped us get way over asking price with appraisal gap coverage.
🏡 He was attentive and insightful, offering very creative solutions to our unique challenges (peanut allergy/a messy army timeline/health concerns).
🏡 Memorie Group's photography and 3D virtual tour were the best we've ever seen. Hands down.

Ben Munson was apparently sent out of Heaven to help two old people sell their home and get into a Home.He got a buyer before the house was on the martket. He led us -through the intricacies, tiresome but persistent to us.He superintended everything, making it easier for us.We' recommend him for this work any day.

The Memorie Group is hands down the best real estate team in Williamsburg. My wife and I were moving here from Florida, and due to circumstances we could not control we were unable to come out here to see homes in person. This is where the Memorie Group went above and beyond for us. Their team actually did virtual tours of homes for us so we could take a walkthrough and see what these homes were like. We felt completely comfortable with them and knew that we could trust them to be our eyes while we were unable to be there. 5 Stars well earned. If you are looking at buying or selling a home, you absolutely must give them a call.
