Ben is an entrepreneur at heart. He began his first business at the age of 15 and has started, bought, and sold several other companies since that time. During college, Ben discovered his love for real estate. He graduated with a BBA in Business Real Estate from UNT, but not before buying his first rental property. After college Ben got his real estate license and quickly became the top salesman in his company and has been recognized nationally year after year as a top producer.
Ben is a Broker / Owner at Post Oak Realty where he leads a team of approximately 130 agents with his business partner Landon Hale . Lincensed in both Texas and Oklahoma, Ben and his associates cover a large area and are active in all things real estate.
In addition to traditional real estate brokerage, Ben is an accomplished real estate investor and coach to others wanting to invest. Ben has successfully flipped over 350 homes, has a portfolio of rental properties and office buildings, and is active in land development and subdividing.
Over the last several years, Ben's hobby of cattle ranching has turned into a whole other business. Honey Hoof Ranch currently farms /ranches approximately 800 acres in Cooke County, just north of Dallas. "We have a growing herd of roughly 150 Angus cows, and a large coastal hay operation.
Ben and Kristen, his wife of 22 years, and their four children--Eli, Isaac, Marley, and Reagan all live on the Ranch where they are having the time of their lives.
