Eric Herbert was awesome at helping my family get our first home. He walked us through each step of the process and took what we wanted and went out and found us a great neighborhood with new construction. Even with complications due to my being called away for military service, he made sure that everything was taken care of so my wife and I had no worries while I was away. He took all of our questions and concerns and got us answers as soon as he had them. The other great thing is he kept in contact with our builder as well, and he always had answers for us about where the house was in the process and when it would be done. Even during the quarantine, he’s been checking in with us and the builder, keeping us in the loop about any changes. I highly recommend him and will happily do business with him again!

We decided to move and buy a house at the worst possible time: housing prices were way up, inventory was way low, the pandemic was still happening, and we had young kids to think about. But we weren't doing well in our old home and needed to move.

Luckily Eric Herbert was able to guide us through the process from start to finish in spite of all the hectic circumstances. He was communicative, friendly, and understanding (especially with our kids!). We sold our old house and landed a new house shortly after. It was a relief to get into another house so quickly since the market was difficult while we were looking to buy a new home. We feel great in our new house and highly recommend Eric Herbert for your real estate needs.

Eric is a stellar guide through the experience. If I could give Eric 7 star rating I would! He is an honest and very smart realtor. He makes the process of buying a home so easy by telling you all the steps and always reminding you what and when to do things. He is always on time and shows you everything in a home and ideas for things to look for. Always willing to answer questions day and night.

Eric is very knowledgeable and patient. He was very attentive and understood what I wanted as we journeyed along on my hunt for the perfect residence, if it wasn't for Eric's ability to sus out the correct information on the home I bought we may not have been successful in our offer.
