Ben entered the Metro Phoenix residential real estate market as a leasing and sales agent for a local property management company in August 2011. From August 2011 through September 2013 he successfully closed more than 200 leases & approximately 35 sales transactions. Ben was promoted to Leasing Director in November 2011 and managed a leasing team that successfully closed nearly 500 transactions between November 2011 and September 2013.
Ben began his career as an acquisitions associate at a privately-owned shopping center development company in 2005. He sourced new development opportunities nationwide initiating relationships with local property owners, planning and development officials and real estate brokers. His efforts led to the acquisition of over $10,000,000 in shopping center land over a two-year span.
In 2007, Ben expanded his knowledge of the real estate industry working for a high-rise office building property management, leasing and development company in San Francisco, CA. During his time with the company he assisted in the marketing and development of The Montgomery, a $70 million historic office building conversion into a 107-unit contemporary condominium complex.
Later in 2007, Ben joined a commercial real estate brokerage investment sales team. From 2007-2011, Ben facilitated the sale of $50,000,000 and 500,000 square feet of shopping center sales. He specialized in business development, financial underwriting, marketing and deal negotiation.
Ben is a graduate from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University with a major in Communication.
