The first time I called Ben he didn't even know who I was and picked up the first time to help me. He came over and took several hours going over the process of selling mom's home. This was a very emotional time for me. Selling my family home was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make. But having Ben by me and my daughter every step of the way, made the process go smooth. He sold my mom's house in less then a month. We hadn't even put it on the market yet. Our daughter and her husband used Ben to purchase a new home last year. They were so happy with his work that we didn't hesitate to use him to purchase our new home.

We were in a bit of a hurry to find a new home to buy as the owner of the home we were leasing decided to sell it, and we would have to move. At one point we considered buying the home that we were currently leasing. Ben negotiated with the owner to drop the price $20,000. We decided to buy new construction instead. Ben negotiated with that builder to provide over $11,000 in incentives.

Ben played a very active role throughout the whole process, providing us great advice along the way. He knows people and places very well. We offer the strongest recommendation to use Ben for your real estate needs.
