About Benjamin

I am a U.S. Army veteran who settled into the Clarksville TN community after my military service with 101 Airborne Division and 2nd Infantry Division. Since 2003, I have been a licensed Realtor, now Broker, community business owner, real estate investor, and resident of Clarksville TN.
I have been investing in real estate since 2005, starting with the purchase of a single-family rental. I built a 45-million-dollar personal portfolio of commercial, multifamily, land, and single-family properties in the TN, KY, and FL markets. I opened My Place Realty & Property Management to manage my personal investments and more than 600 scattered site properties, selling every type of real estate product from raw land, residential, commercial, and multifamily, in Clarksville TN. I have also successfully owned and operated a retail franchise for 5+ years and sold to a national brand, obtained my general contractors license (retired) and built single family homes.
